I have a '95 88. It's just turned over 193,000. I'd forgotten just exactly what it was doing but because of the way the transmission was acting I was thinking it was done. I go t some good advice, changed the fluid and filter and that took care of it. I've had this since it was at 150,000 and I change the fluid and filter every 3,000 miles. So far, so good.
Thank you for this video. 🙂

You got it right, I was watching and you realized you did not have to take the throttle body off. You also realized you have to get those screws in and it is tricky, but you got it! I use and extended screw driver where you can change the torx bits. Clear the code or disconnect the battery to reset it. There is a lot for the sensors you have to watch. Be careful of that upper intake plenum. That is one of the trouble areas. The design was poor and most people have to replace it. The engine is very reliable. That was funny when you said driving the Toronado. Glad you got it fixed.
