In this video I show how I fixed the plastic retainer that holds in the ignition switch to the dash on my 1968 Cutlass Supreme. Ignition lock cylinder is super easy to remove on these cars! Much easier than on the column.
This video should be comparable to any dash-mounted GM vehicle. Give it a try! Use the pin-method to remove the lock cylinder on your dash mounted ignition on your pre-1968 GM.
