I get my TH400 back from “The Gear Box”. I then install the speedometer “Drive” and “Driven” gears.

Thanks for the videos there great, you might want to think about adding a gear venders over drive. I've installed one on my trans.
I have a 1981 Olds Cutless that I got in 1985, I built the motor th400 and 12 bolt rear myself, the motor is 471 BBO 11:1 on E85 makes about 650 hp. Boxed frame tube A arms. Tube rear control arms, 70 style Lakewood ladder bars. I've done all the work to this car myself. Looking forward to your next video.

This is an amazing series, I love the G body cars, I have an 86 SS, I want to change out speedo to a 140-150 mph to replace the 85, will I need to change out the transmission gear for it to rear correctly? Mine is 200-4r

Thanks for showing this..Never saw how these worked before. Got a spare 73 455 block with the original 400 turbo on it. The 400 is one tuff tranny. I'm enjoying your build.
