any advice for replacing the pan gaskets after the engine is in the car? I know I have to lift it out a bit. but can you install these seals upside down?

Did they coat both sides of the gasket with sealant or just the side they show?
IT'S GOOD TO SEE IT GETTING A LARGER OIL PAN THAN STOCK, WHICH WAS 4 QUARTS. THE NEW OIL PAN LOOKS LIKE IT'S TWICE THAT CAPACITY.
