1966 Olds Cutlass radiator, carb, fuel tank, pump replacement.

Fixed a fuel gauge problem, replaced the radiator with an aluminum one, put on a rebuilt Quadrajet carburetor, fuel pump, stainless steel sending unit, and stainless gas tank, because everything was really cruddy inside. Nice old Oldsmobile. 330 ci. engine, 4bbl, with a Saginaw 3 speed manual on the floor.

Those cars from the 60's were big boats and land yachts by today's standards. Full size was big. Now break out the fractional tools have some real fun. Stay happy!

For all you metric guys, (at 13:15 into the video) although its tight, you use a 17mm on a 11/16. An 18mm is too loose. I remember them days before torque wrenches ha ha! Nice car.
