hi Liam,, I checked the fault codes and It is giving 14 long and 3 short, 143 I guess. I am trying to figure out what the code relates to exactly. While googling it,different guys seem to give different opinions. I feel like I am going in circles a bit. Its a 2000, 1.0 litre micra with a hopeless idle and delayed acceleration, a misfire I guess. Any help would be great.

hey matey. Near the MAF sensor there is a sturdy hose running parallel with the windscreen going all the way to the other side in to a cylindrical bulge in the firewall. Any idea what that is?
