I bought a $10 tape that plugs into my phone and goes into my tape deck. To
listen to my phone iPod lol. That looks like a good unit to use all those
options for $100

how is the volume from this unit? I’ve read a lot of reviews that say they
have to max the car stereo volume and their phone/ipod to get the volume

Nice install, but FYI, there are double din head units out there that don’t
have the touch screens & stuff, but still read off an iPod/iPhone, etc.
