If the cables have broke and are holding the window jambed in the up
position. Sometimes you need to free the cables up so that the window will
slide down for you.
I crossed the wires ….(had to splice them as the fittings were different
shapes) did that ruin the motor or blow a fuse…did work fine when I
tested first…
Excuse me,but how will I get to the bolts that hold the window to the
regulator if the regulator is jammed and the window won’t position so that
I can get access to those bolts
You might want to check the connection to see if any wires are showing. The
issue might be that the wires grounded out and blew a fuse.
