This is actually 100% false. Nissan is finally focusing on their best cars and lines and equipping them with mostly the infinity line engines. Yes they are in danger of failing and yes most anything you've heard about their crappy line of cars to date is true as well but this is the reason they are making a strong come back. No they're not going anywhere and I've noticed a trend Scotty kilmer. You seem like you're getting paid for malicious posts lately. Might unfollow soon. I joined this channel because you used to be informative, but that doesn't seem to be your narrative anymore. It's evident in your 'maybe I was wrong' videos. W/e please go back to being a car repair channel.
I've noticed that, nearly every time I rent a car, I end up with a Nissan – a Rogue, Sentra, or Altima, even a Frontier. I suspect a lot of their sales are to rental car companies, it's what companies do when they have production surplus. A few years ago, it was always Dodge Darts, Durangos, and Chrysler 200s.

I had a 1999 Nissan Altima that finally died on me in 2011. That car was reliable then I got a 2011 Nissan Sentra and got nothing but issues and can't wait until I get rid of it. No more Nissans for me.

Never had a problem with Nissans ! I’ve put some hard miles on few I’ve owned and they actually handle pretty good too .
The business logic of planned obsolescence only takes a company so far, and in the long run, ruins them to the ground. What we're seeing now is the result of this policy, that was put in place by many brands, circa the 1990's (94-95). The result is what you see… Companies going to the ground, massive layoffs, unemployment, etc. When you build something, like a car, do it with quality. You can still cut some corners here and there, but it is still possible to build and sell something with quality. If you sell crap, your customers will, eventually know the bought crap, and will associate the brand with crap. In the long run, the brand will go down.
If Tesla does not use body panels then if it gets dented the whole body is ruined. cannot replace just part of it.And Aluminum dents liek a tin can.
Nissan is now building crap. I use to love Nissan products. Renault screwed up this company.
