NUNYA Dambiz says:

Can I put a smaller antenna on my car instead of the original? (Which
snapped of in the car wash) :-

Scarlette A says:

My antenna has gunk in it, preventing it from going all the way up or down
without help. I’ve tried using carb cleaner & wd40 from the outside to
remove the gunk, but since it’s on the inside, that doesn’t help much. Can
I just remove the antenna from the motor and clean the inside of it…?

Jonathan Nguyen says:

Just finished my replacement this harness is still left can you tell me
where it plugs in to?

citylights07 says:

this was helpful to watch. my 4th gen will probably need a new antenna
mast, but the ones I saw on the internet didn’t include that big lunky
thing you took off in the inner wall and unhooked and rehooked.

Robert Hemphill says:

Do you know how i can change my steering wheel on my 4th gen max?

boredmder says:

@citylights07 Indeed, replacing just the antenna mast doesn’t require
replacement of the motor assembly. I may make a quick video on it some day.

boredmder says:

It could need a motor, or antenna mast, or it could be a wiring issue, or a
radio issue, etc. You would really need to look it all over to see where
the problem lies.

boredmder says:

@ddiamondd Perhaps. Maybe around the same time I do a UIM/valve cover
gasket video, but that’s probably a ways off.

ddiamondd says:

you should do an EGR tube cleaning video…

Edgar Avila says:

So like if the antenna of the car doesn’t want to go up when you start the
car u don’t need to buy a new motor..? If not make a video on how we can
fix it thanks.

boredmder says:

@rhempz It’s pretty quick and easy, I may make a video about it soon.
