Hi, how do you reset the counter on this model?
where i can to buy this lamp ?
Nice video Dan – Just picked up a second hand one of these projectors today pretty cheap so think I'll change the bulb…Now chasing a remote control handset for it!
Thanks for sharing.

Great video which saved me some time and kept me from messing up my new bulb installation. Thanks for taking the time to share…
You could have a easier, more accurate video on how to change this bulb. Nice job!
To be honest, it may have had much more hours than that. I remember resetting the hours counter on an older Mitsubishi projector, and I think I did it on this one, but I cannot be sure. The projector was flashing a warning, but it can be reset without replacing the lamp. Ultimately, I replaced the lamp because it started getting noticeably dim. But it did still work. From what I have read on the AVS forums (avsforums.com), lamps rarely fail by exploding, but it does sometimes happen.
Nice vid, brother!! You mentioned in the description that the lamp had 4413 hrs on it, now I have two questions for you: What is the hour limit for that projector model's lamp? If by any chance is 5000 hours, did you replace it because the projector showed an error message or you changed it at that hour count just to be safe? Thanks in advance, man!!
