just curious why did you opt for changing the caliper and not rebuilding it true it does take a bit more time but it also saves your customer money
How does one determine which caliper slide pin is which if they get mixed up? You mentioned a difference between them and that they aren't interchangeable; I'm assuming there must be some way to distinguish them and determine where each one goes… Thank you!
You are the best. Thank you!!!
Thank you for the tutorial. I just drove with parking brakes engaged several times already. Kept on forgetting that my Galant has a parking brake.
You should spray that thing before you put in that screw to get rid of all the crap
This video got me out of real jam. Thanx for making it. Great job.
Jim how do you know its no the emergency brake interior to disc?
Best video I've seen for this work on Mitsubishi cars. Thank you for helping me build up my confidence Jim!
Any way you could do a rear drum brake replacement video ?
What size is the bolt you use to push off rotor?
Jim I think something got messed on youtube's end. It looks like the option to stabilize the video got enable and is messing up the video
Greasing brake hardware on pad side is just asking for crap to get in there, stainless hardware does not need lubricant…
Awesome video very educational. Thanks for sharing your video. I hope you have a blessed weekend.
Every time you work on car you dont wear eye glasses why?
looks like a new caliper bracket too.. ? nvm … Yup… everything… good job.. 🙂 but.. you didn't put the rubber cap back on the bleeder valve 😛 … you cut us short !
Why did you have to take off the caliper bracket off again to replace the caliper? Just to give you more room?
