Hello everyone.
In this video I am demonstrating How To correctly Torque Mitsubishi MQ and MR Triton Injectors as per Mitsubishi workshop manual.
This procedure will help not to crack the cylinder head when you tighten them.
Torque specs as follows…
Lubricate threads and mating surfaces of bolts.
Temporarily install injector pipe unions and align injectors.
Tighten in the following stages:
All bolts = 1 Nm (ensure bolts are fully seated)
Rear bolt (flywheel side) = 180°
Front bolt (timing side) = 90°
Injector pipe unions = 35±5 Nm
