2021 Mitsubishi Mirage Fog Light Installation And Activation. Install them yourself and save a bunch

For my fellow Mirage enthusiasts. As promised, I have made this video to show just how easy it is to add fog lights to your 2014-2022 Mitsubishi Mirage.

I bought my kit from eBay, but there may be other places that sell them. The entire install took less than an hour and cost less than $100. They wanted $500 to do it at the dealership!

Thanks brother very much for this video, my only suggestion would be filming the procedure you did with the fog switch inside the car so we can see exactly how, thanks.

Johnny DiTommaso says:

hey do you know where can I get the armrest you put in the car. And the part number?

chickenfarm09 says:

I would have assumed you programmed them through the radio/computer. Opening and closing the door 5 times is a weird way. They look awesome, and you know what you are doing. Do they have to be aimed?

tyler guidry says:

Do I need to have headlights on when I start it to activate foglights

G. DoS says:

Don’t work, fallow instructions and don’t work

MotorheadRedo says:

Do all Mirage models come with a place for a switch to turn the fog lights on and off, or do they always come on with the low beams? I watched your 2021 Mirage review. I think the body style is much better now than it was in 2014. The weird line created between the front end and the hood to make room for the Mitsubishi logo for some reason stands out to me and ruins the look of the 2014 model. I've never seen a hood designed like that. The price you paid for your 2021 Miraga is better than many used Mirage prices I've seen online.

Theme song sounds like Tim Wilson, r.i.p.!

I’m looking to buy the same car. Keeping the wheel at 14” but want a run a wider tire. Any suggestions on how wide of a tire I can run?

Todd Crumbaker says:

I have a 2021 mirage just like the one in the video, same color even. I bought the oem fog light kit from Mitsubishi and install them exactly the same way in the video. When I tried to activate them it did not work. I took it to the dealer this morning and they could not get the fog lights to come on either. Double checked the connection to the lights and fuse is in the correct spot. Any ideas? The only difference is I put a brighter bulb in instead of the ones they came with. Could that be it?

David Dapy says:

Can you post a link for what kit to buy for this? It's 2021 and everyone's only got older stuff that I find

HighCountry Pioneer says:

Do you have a part number for the bulb? How much did white bear charge to deliver the mirage?

Alejandro Castillo Molas says:

How to do if you dont have the switch for fog lights in the light lever ? (that one that is used to turn on the normal lights)

john frankovic says:

Hallo from Germany! Just bought one (called Space Star here) and going to collect it on my birthday. This car has an awesome value for money!

joeh says:

Ha, I don't really care for Mirage (not that I don't like it, I love small cars), been following your channel for your radio stuff, but I still watched and enjoyed this, short, 'sweet', informative, instructive. Like it. Only thing I am missing if I were Mirage owner would be links to where you found the light to buy and where/how you found all the info how to diy. Great vid though, like most of yours.

thank you for sharing this video

87.9 raccoon radio says:

I hate how cars have fake lights

Ma Y says:

Hey Eric. Thanks for sharing this tutorial. How did you find out the door opening & closing 5* technique? It’s magic. I thought you were about to use the russian software again. I wonder if the 5 times open and close the door would be able to program other functions.

HNX Media says:

Don't own a Mirage and don't really have plans to get one, but damn, that was a clean install! Question: Will the CB and 102" whip void the warranty?

Andrew Chavez says:

just bought myself a 2021 mirage hatchback es, ty for doing these videos. would you be able to do a factory center console install?

interpol007 says:

Perfect tutorial, gonna do this on my girlfriends 2015 mirage

Jonathan McKey says:

So that's where your radio setup is. For some reason I thought it was in a little shed.
