trim tilt up stops part way up then stops can't continue until waiting about 30 seconds then can continue same happens going down. can anyone help?

Need some assistance here, up and down work fine but getting a huge voltage drop even when engine is on and rectifier is out putting 3.1 V. What do you think the issue is?Voltage drop is enough that the actuator stops working
I GOT A ? i have 1995 mariner 60 hp and it's going up on it's own first time it almost burned up there was a small fire have you heard of this ?
Good evening. I have 1990 4.7 mercuser. outboard will not go down. is there away to test it while its on the boat?
Great video! still need your advice; my merc 60 hp outboard will randomly raise up and won't go down. The trim engine also seemed to be stuck and would not turn off till I disconnected at the relay switch. To fix the immediate problem, I switched the blue and green wires to the relays to allow the motor go down so I could get back to the dock. Later, I replaced the two relays-but the problem persists! Can you help me figure out what I am missing?
excellent video . my tilt goes up and not down ,once i swap relays it goes down and not up.seems an obvious relay problem but putting a new relay hasn`t fixed it!

Great video, very helpful. Im troubleshooting a 2001 Mercury 150 stroke. It stopped working all together. Wont go up or down by using the engine switch or the shifter switch. My question is where can I find that circuit breaker on the engine? Thanks in advance for your help.
Are you supposed to grease the zerk on the actuator?
