I’m showing how to install a new Mercury 4 stroke 25hp motor on my 15 foot fishing jon boat known as the Crispy Collector. I’ve never installed a motor before and this became more difficult that I originally thought it was going to be but it can be done with a few key tools in the home garage.

These people are called googans for a reason, they are dumb, they know nothing about boats/motors and that’s why they get new ones every month, because they don’t know how to care for them and use them properly. Get at 15 inch shaft not a 20, don’t run your motor out of the water, learn the difference between a 4 stroke and a 2 stroke. It does not take a day to put on a motor, do your research, and buy the correct motor with a prop, and you can put it on in 10 minutes with drilling it on the transom and spray it with silicone (which he didn’t do),wait a few hours and your ready to go.

You know you messed up the water pump impellor not being in the water when turning it over dry don't ya? Shortened it's life at the very Least! Never turn one over even one turn if not in the water 100% That should of been in the manual! But Nobody listen's!

You won’t have any oil use. It’s just like your truck.burning oil in a 4 stroke is a bad thing. They don’t use gas and oil mix. You’re right, it will be quite.
Use non ethanol fuel.
