sure hope this guy has insurance 🙂 also too many open areas in the front that will let water in. maybe no money in the budget now but there are a number of things that should be corrected. Look at that wiring. Should definitely have an on-off batter switch.

This a prime example of why boats have kill switches. Never bypass them, always keep them in good working order, clip the lanyard to yourself while underway and practice using them. It could save lives some day.

All your commentary during this installation was on par with my commentary when I try do fix anything on my boat. Last year I had to replace the steering cable while the boat was in the water because I don’t have a truck…ended up having to drill out a hole in the transom to get the cable out. Hammering it for hours and spraying grease finally got that bitch out…that was a pain in the ass
