In the Rear Window video, you simply taped the window up with Painter’s Tape. In this one, it appears that you took the whole window out. Is that necessary, or can it just be taped up as well? Thanks for the video!

Since you are replacing the window regulator and it is stuck up what you will have to do is support the glass in some way, either through tape or by propping it up inside the door, and then cut the cables holding the lines. You can then lower the glass to the level you need it to be and support it.
how can I lower my window as it’s in up position and cannot access those screws required to pull out the regulator?

We currently do not carry speedometers for that particular vehicle. You may want to check Ebay, or possibly your local salvage yard.
