I got 200hp blackmax with the same problem and the boat shop is putting a
new stator on
Actually took it in, it was the stator. Got it changed, I think it ran me
around 300 for them to do it and it ran like a TOP!!! Way better than it
had for the last 3 years. I actually cracked the steering wheel from the
throw back 🙂 thanks for stopping by! and the advice!
Make sure it’s getting oil. I premix my 135 black max. Try replacing the
plug boots, maybe that will fix it.
