This Mercedes E class is a rare car. It is a 2009 manufactured petrol engine car. This was the last E350 that came with a 3.5L V6 Engine. The successor of this car came in 3.0 L engine spec. The car is amazing to drive and likes highway driving more than regular city drives.
There were symptoms of intake manifold flap broken on this e class. So to rectify that, we had to open the manifold for replacing the broken flaps with new ones. Once the manifold was out, we saw a point in the manifold that had been welded previously, so the only option was to replace the manifold with a used part which is undamaged. So we bought a used intake manifold from junkyard and installed on the Mercedes E class so that all the symptoms of air leak were gone.
