This is a common problem which affects lots of W203, W204 and W211 cars with the M271 engine. Every variant of this engine has the same common problem. Once oil starts seeping out it could get into your wiring loom and ECU. But luckily the fix is really simple.
Parts:
Cam magnets: A 271 051 01 77
Seal rings: A 010 997 23 48
Cover plugs: A271 051 00 32
Oil-trap Harness: A 271 150 27 33
