Isn’t the approach to installing the rear speakers a bit different. I assumed so because crutchfield do not sell speakers that is fitted for the rear doors.
Thanks for the video Raymond .To late that I did mine a year ago and couldn't find very much information on how to replace the speaker.I used Polk Audio MM1 Series MM652 for the rear and Polk DB6501 for the front.I used mdf to fabricate the base for all speaker.Huge job in comparison with yours.

do you think you can just do the doors without the tweeter and atill get good sound? if so what kind of speaker would you recommended ? theres a jl6.5 with and with tweeters …. would that suffice? in ur opinion?
I see you finally got a camera attached to your head/helmet. Much better to see both hands working for you and us. Enjoyed your video, gotta love how Mercedes have there doors shield with metal plate. Not that cheap clear plastic wrap on other cars I'm use to seeing.
I like hex bolts too, less chance of slipping while screwing them in and putting a hole in your cone by accident.
