So if you dont have a original mercedes jack you might run into problems so
make sure you have jack stands just in case . Also the bilstein shocks are
hard as FUCK !!! to compress and get in the holes. I had to compress it on
the ground and then get it into position before it raised back up which was
fast as fuck. idk if bilstein was worth it or not they cost more and are
hard as fuck to install.

I just did my 82 300 sd and it was a beast. I used bilstein shocks and they
are harder than these to replace. Also you need a 10mm star ? type socket
to take of the lower bolts. Mine were stock i think and for bilstein you
have to take off that white collar part and reuse it and theres a orange
stopper inside you have to keep too. I used a floor jack instead of my
mercedes jack and when I was going to put the wheel back on the car had
lowered itself somehow and I had to use the mercedes jack ,
