Will the Speedo and odo stop working if sensor is faulty ?

Ok after watching this video I am 99.999% sure my front passenger side tire which went flat last week is the culprit for why my ABS sensor has been on. Cruise control stopped working and that’s no bueno. Gonna give this method a shot hope that clears it.

Are the rear sensors different then the front ones?
When i have to replace abs sensor? now i use mazda3 bl in thailand and have problem. Abs traction warning light always show and now i cannot find the solution to fix it.
