If your window does not roll up or down anymore and you hear a rumbling sound inside the door when you try to operate the switch it only means one thing the teeth inside the power window motor are busted and either you replace the gear or the entire motor assembly.
Here I will show you
1. how to replace the motor as it is the practical approach to save time.
2. what to adjust while you are still waiting for the spare part to arrive
3. clean way to whack the motor assembly so you can just purchase the the internal gears with is 5x cheaper than the entire motor assembly.
I had to fix mine because I’m expecting a long queue at the dealership since they did not operate for 3 months due to the Covid lockdown.
Got the spare motor and the pry tools from Lazada
– P1,200 for the motor
– P50 for the set of 4 orange pry tools
