2021 MAZDA CX-30 DIY CABIN AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT

2021 MAZDA CX-30 DIY CABIN AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT

This video was created to show how easy it is to change your cabin air filter in your 2021 Mazda CX-30 in less than 5 minutes.

It should also be mentioned that the same cabin air filter being replaced in this video, is the same cabin air filter used in the 2020 Mazda CX-30. I assume the process of changing it is the same, but I don’t have a 2020 Mazda CX-30 to verify the replacement process is the same.

Still trying to figure out how to get the center tray out at the beginning. Can't see where there are any logical tabs.

$9 at Rock Auto. I bought the Mahle brand also from Rock Auto. I don't remember the cost but I chose that brand cause it wasn't made in China. Last time I went to Walmart and bought the Super Tech cabin filter for $10.97. Yeah, it cost a couple dollars more but no shipping charge (you have to include that as part of the cost) and Super Tech is made in the USA.

Good job. Thumbs up.

wow that easy huh. Might as well do it myself because my local mazda mechanic is charging $120 just to replace it themselves. Bastards smh

Hi Don, how did you buy the cabin air filter?. I was looking at the Luber Finer webpage but it appears is only a wholesale vendor or distributor, thanks for the advice!
