Without any resistance, the LED will burn fast…personal experience
I’m having a hard time pulling the bulb out…. Is there a clip or something I need to push to pull it out? I have been messing with it for like 15 min and nothing is budging

This is absolutely nothing like the 2018 mazda 3
That's not how my 2015 Mazda 3 bulb is accessed. It's done from the inside after removing the felt like panel. Two part rivets hold the panel in place, use your fingernail to pull out center and rivets fall out easy.
