In todays video we go through a headlight restoration process on my Lotus Evora. Our guess is that the driver side headlight is original and being 7 years old started to peel and once that occurs it just kept getting worse. So in the process we started with 400 grit sandpaper to remove the entire coating, from there we polished and buffed, then went to the 1,000 grit and 2,500 grit and more buffing until it looked pretty close to the passenger side. Once all the scratches were removed it was time to tint the lights to make them match even better. A 4 hour process that turned out really good for never doing this before!
