Namaste. Thank You so much for the video and tips. I do not have problem with my knee or hip, however i get a lot of pressure from my left leg on my right leg, where they cross each other. Where lower right leg Tibia bone touches lower left leg fibula bone about 3 to 4 inches above ankle. Am i doing something wrong or is it lack of practice.
