How To Use An Electric Incense Heater (Golden Lotus)

Spend a few minutes to learn about some of the many ways that an electric incense heater can be used in place of charcoal. This video also includes a head-to-head comparison between an electric incense heater and self-light charcoal. You can also check out my review of this heater after over 2 years of use.

how many watts does the burner have at the different temperatures?

marc ausn says:

I'd like to buy such an heater, too. But in Germany I only found cheap ones for about 9 USD (10€), cannot regulate the heat either. Does anyone have a hint where to find good heaters suitable for the German electrical net (230 V and suiting plug)?

Dennis Martin says:

Nice video. Can you use a Scentsy warmer to heat resins?

Thanks for educating me about this product and how to use it; I want to get one for my son as a gift, but now I think I also want one for myself!

Ahmd Naube says:

Thanks, you know what happened to me couple of hours ago? I bought one of these burner and i thought it to be something that i put water in to burn fragrance oil. So i poured some water but to my surprise all of it came down the bottom of the heater that's when i realized this wasn't the way this has to be used. This forced me to watch this video. Lol……..

Jennifer Johnson says:

Has anyone ever tried using the the heavy duty "cup" for essential oils. I want a burner that I can use for both oil and resin. I don't know if this would be best or if I should get a burner made for oil, then just put tinfoil in it when I want to burn resin

Vinnie Sutra says:

Thanks for a really great video with lots of good insight.

Alison Roussell says:

Great information that helps you to make a decision between electric and nonelectric burners. Thank you!

Thomas Parker says:

I got the golden lotus burner as a gift. I absolutely love it. The scent is much clearer, but it will never replace charcoal for me. I like billowing clouds of dramatic smoke. You don't get that from a burner.

You kind of look like Jerry Seinfeld's cousin from Montana.
Nice video man.

Océan Bleu says:

Hello, I used a Nasaem Bakhoor on a charcoal. It smells good for some seconds, but afterwards it smells like carbone burning, bad smell 🙁 Any advice please ? Thanks.

Thanks to your video, I bought one of these heaters from Mermade Magickal Arts and I and absolutely love it! It is a definitely quality product. I have been using a charcoal censor much like the one you showed. I use a metal bottle cap to prevent the frankincense from burning too quickly but it inevitably does anyhow and it doesn't smell vert good when it does! The Golden Lotus on the other hand is so much easier and cleaner. It will make the frankincense last a long time without the scorched smell.

Valerie Clare says:

Oh, do you know where we can get more of the small tin/ medal inserts when we run out?

Valerie Clare says:

Very nice video, I've been looking for a test burner for my homemade incense, think I found a great one here, thank you so much. I don't like charcoal…it stinks.
