hi there, I am a Lotus notes expert, and for your information this is not the way to configure notes. you should not delete any of the .ntf files because they are the files which will generate the new .nsf files. the log.nsf and cache.ndk can be deleted as it contains temporary data. the setup process also was wrongly shown in the video. if you need any help in configuration of notes you could ping me.
