I bet you don’t see too many Lotus’s in Illinois? It’s a pretty nice one
but i rather have the white or copper colored Lotus Turbo Esprit from the
1977 & 1980’s James Bond movie.
damn pretty
I am very interested to see those rear lights- are you able to tell me
where they are from or who made them? I would like a set on mine as I dont
like the originals but like the round ones less. It has the wrong bumper
for an SE by the way to those asking but the exhaust is right exit so its a
later standard turbo. Dont be fooled by the cheap purchase price- they cost
just as much as a ferrari to run- I should know. Still less than a 91
though. thanks
@2024JayZ Very true…….thanks for checking it out!
@JakeDaSnakeFilms Thanks for taking a look!
thats a nice lotus
@1gamoguy Yeah, that would be enough to make me not want it…lol I never
was a big fan of the Probe.
nice car, but i cant get over the fact it reminds me of an early 90’s ford
probe lol
Geus what ?? My favorit color……
@SCBianchi It really is a bargain at that price. Thanks for checking it out!
@Busia1949 I’ve done a couple of those in the past, but it probably is time
for another tour of each one. Each place is definitely a little different
and the quality of the cars varies between them too. Thanks for watching
and commenting George, I appreciate it!
@pulse0000 Yeah, I don’t come across a Lotus very often. Thanks for taking
a look at it. Was that the bond car that turned into a submarine?
Would you consider doing a walk around through each of the places that you
do your auto investigations? I think you may have done it for one of them
already, but it would help to put “context” to the various cars that you
post. There is definitely a difference in the maintanence of the cars as
well as the settings in the different places that you frequent. BTW, a
really nice Lotus. A real classic! Thanks for sharing, George
15k for that car! What a bargin!!
@paradoxdesigns It was that quick even without an intercooler on it. You
slap on one of those and make a couple of other tweaks and it would be
seriously fast. Just a year or two after this one, they were going 0-60 in
the mid 4’s.
@RamblinAround The white one was the one that turned into a submarine.
Gotta love it in Cardinals Red 🙂
Everytime i hear the word Lotus, I think of the movie pretty woman
@phill903 Yeah, it really is low mileage for the year. It should have a lot
of good years left. Thanks for checking it out!
@GeneralGHustler Yeah, you definitely don’t see those much anymore.
@nopehopenopehope Thanks for watching!
@josderedneck22 Glad you like it Jos!
Very tasty! i want it, if only… 🙂
@robertjdm It definitely is cool. Thanks for checking it out!
@RESET1776 Yeah, it’s definitely not the roomiest car in the world. Thanks
for taking a look at it!
reagan era super cars, love em. i dig the newer v8 versions a bit better
for the simple fact that they’re faster 😛 ooh the testarossa is my
favorite all time ferrari, although if i had the means i’d have a hard time
deciding between one of those and a 550 barchetta. wow, not a terrible
price on it, amazing.
@jammer96 Thanks for taking a look!
@FatGuyWithAKatana Yeah, I’d still like to have a Testarossa one day. A lot
of people aren’t that impressed by them, but it’s the car I wanted when I
was in junior high. I think it was Miami Vice that got me started on
them…even though their’s was a fake one on a Pantera chassis.
51 k on the clock is low millage very nice car.
@azzarbprime1 Thanks for watching, Mike. It really does seem like a bargain.
i always loved these when i was a kid. one of the fastest accelerating cars
of the time. glad to see ya checking out some imports! ya know how i love
em.
@PonyPower71 Thanks for taking a look at it!
Nice ride even though they stay in the garage for repairs just as much as
you drive them.
Yeap, and I couldn’t see a charge cooler, so not an SE, but still a nice
example of the Turbo model.
