In this video, we begin the process of installing H&R lowering springs on the MKS. Most of these techniques apply to the 2013+ Ford Explorer, Taurus, Taurus SHO, and Flex, and the Lincoln MKT. This is the first part of the process, in which we remove the stock springs from the vehicle.
