Wow that’s a lot of advertisements.
I have one that's a bit older and its a Pro Mig 135 has been flawless for close to 25 years. All Flux core wire.Speed the wire feed to cool the puddle or slow the wire speed to make it hotter.
Cored wire can use gas. Process is numbered 136 in EU standards. It is a MAG (metal active Gas).
This is gasless FCAW, I don't know the denomination in our standards because in shipbuilding we never use it, at least in Europe that is.
ABCD should be the output voltage, you can see the switch you repaired switches different transformer taps. Current is a function of the wire speed.
LOVE IT: "There's a joke there!" M1, you can't get away with those types of jokes with today's sensibilities! LMAO
I have the exact same welder but I dont use it.
One mans junk, another mans treasure.
Just replace the switch?
Hit it with a big hammer
That’s funny I still got the old sears welder don’t use it anymore. And yes it is a piece of crap.
I once found a Miller Legend welder in a ditch. It apparently fell off of someone's truck. Had considerable damage but I was able to get it back in operation with out much expense. Still use it today.
price was right.
What was the uf size of the capacitor?
I got free one of them. Turned out only needed a new torch and hose. Now it got argon and an internal valve and works great.
There are big guns with a gas valve built-in
Toss the rusty wire, it's no good.
Let me guess bad diods
It’s amazing how people just won’t take a peek inside.
