In this video, our resident tilt column expert Don W shows a couple of easy repairs you can do at home. We have new improved locking lever pins with C-clips that won’t slide out like the originals, as well as new delrin bumpers for the 67-69 columns. If you’re not mechanically inclined, or your column has more difficult issues, we can help! Don, Could you sleeve the holes that are wallowed out very badly, then that part could be saved……..Chris

My tilt column in my 78 f250 makes a popping sound when turning left, what could be causing that? Will that pin work for my 78 f250? It slips out of position often.
