How to Replace Spark Plugs on a 2000-2005 Lexus LS430.

I have a 2004 LS. I purchased 7 Denso plugs for about $7.50 each from AutoZone and one from the Lexus dealer for about $12.00. So, much cheaper from AutoZone. The plugs appear to be identical but Lexus comes in Toyota packaging, while AutoZone comes in Denso packaging.
I just bought a 04 ls43 …..Have you done tail light/brake light replacement .? Read on a forum you have to replace the entire light cluster because it is a led.. my light on the trunk below the reverse light is out ?
Is the ls 430 Engine the same as a gs 430
