My mom has a 2012 and she loves it. The only problem for her is that she bought it brand new and fully loaded (over $60k) without realizing that when something breaks, it can easily cost over a grand to fix. She broke a mirror last October and paid almost $700 to get it replaced.
I just bought one 4 months ago. Looks and drives like it's New. Amazing SUV, gas mileage sucks, about 12 MPG. That's the only negative I can think of.
The 2020 Lexus gx460 got me turning my head every time I see them I must have one some day.
