Hi Al nice video, can you help me with instructions, i have problem that my
handle for 5 door broken like in youre video (right one) and i dont know
how to pull out both handles housing under the seat. I managed to unscrew
the screw of handles but cant pull out them. If you have some video I will

This is smart! Thanks. One concern I have is if the metal end of the clip
will wear off the paint and cause rust. I’ll try this but put something
over the paint to protect it (maybe tape, or thin plastic).

Many thanx! Went to servo to fuel up n whammo no go, couldn’t open catch!
Went home, googled and there it was, yeh for binder clips. Cheers, have now
got full tank of fuel :)

Thank you all for your positive comments guys. I never thought a lot of
people would have the same problem. I also initially brought my car to the
Toyota dealer shop only to be told it would cost me over $200 for the
simple fix. I searched online for the replacement part but then I noticed a
small binder clip lying on the side of my PC and realized this thing could
work and it did. Until now I still have the same clip I installed almost 2
yrs ago which I thought would last just a few months.
