Easy DIY Replacing intake and cabin air filter on a 2014 Lexus IS350 saving hundreds

Easy tutorial on how to replace your engine and cabin air filters for cheap on a 2014 and new Lexus IS350. The dealership wanted to charge us $150 just for the engine air filter replacement and the part just for the cabin air filter itself costs $70 from the dealership because it comes with a charcoal air filter. I bought the engine air filter from Lexus which only costs me $30 and the cabin filter for $20. Don’t be duped into having the dealership charge you hundreds for this simple replacement! Hope this helped save you guys some money and enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching!

Excellent video! The dealership wanted charge an expensive price for changing the air filters. I opted not to allow them to do it. I felt that I could do it myself and, I had a feeling that I could find a how to video on YouTube. Thanks!!

Good video but filter looks pretty clean it’s that color because it has activated carbon. Well worth it gets rid of outside odor.

Is the install the same for the RC350?

JME R says:

Hi If you look at 8:24 in your movie you can see the air flow arrow pointing up. So I think you put in upside down.

Emir H. says:

Did this on my 2015 IS 250 F Sport and it couldn't be any easier. It was more difficult to do this on my old 2006 Accord in which the air filter box was in a more difficult to reach place.
