One of the tires could be broken. You know steel belts can break. I found that out on a pair of Firestone tires I had around 2 decades ago. The car would shake and the tires were the sane and had plenty of tread left, but the tire shop told me the steel belts were broke. Soon as he replaced them the car rode smooth.
They are probably knock off dunlops…..
This Lexus issue is a one off and extremely rare.

I had pride in working for Toyota manufacturing for 27 years, I still hold Toyota in high regard.
However Toyota dealerships are a different story. I NEVER USE THEM!
Consider that since they aren’t uniform tires that they may be directional. It’s possible that by the 20k service they swapped the tires in such a way that direction was an issue.
Clean the glue off? Many times they are so lazy they don't even take the old weights off. I always take the weights off myself and clean the rims before getting new tires. Unfortunately now days nobody give a $hit how they perform their duties at work and they want you to take care of their responsibilities.
Paper glue is really hard to get of even with wheel cleaner and brake clean.
You said 30,000 miles and its on the 3rd set of tires. That's insanely fast tire wear. I'd take it someplace other than the dealer to have the alignment checked.
No problems for 20,000 miles?
When was the first set of tires replaced? Was that near to 20,000 miles? I'd be suspicious this slid sideways into a curb around 18,000 miles, perhaps damaged a strut, bent an axle and/or seriously messed up the alignment, and its been tearing up tires ever since.
I never thought this day would come…
Nowadays there is no difference between dealers of different brands. I am a trucker. There is a dealership which is called Freightliner of “freight shaker” trucks. I have 2020 of it. It is shaking at 64mph and up. I took it to dealership. They did road test. And they said it is normal to feel that shake at that speed. I asked why other trucks don’t shake at that speeds. They told every truck is different. So stupidly ridiculous explanation. What to say? They are ripping off customers. Anymore I don’t buy Freightliner. I prefer Volvo instead.
