again, right down to the tiny detail.
Trailer can you please direct me to the correct Video for actually
tightening the harmonic balancer bolt to a 99 300 TDI, if its not too much
trouble, please ? There is one video showing the big long spanner but it is
the incorrect one. The unit I wish to purchase is the one that bolts to the
H/Balancer. Of course, I own an Auto, I don’t wish to pin the fly wheel .

i just did this last week on a Mercedes Sprinter 312d argentinean versión.
Good video i wish i had seen that before. Anyways just once advice: have to
put thread locker on pulley’s bolts, loctite 277; 22-28 Nm. Cheers

thanks for the video, Just did my p gasket on my 300tdi discovery holy
moly. It was bad relative easy. Didn’t have to take viscous fan off just
had to play with the drive belts putting them on and off. Thank you and all
the best Sean
