In the process of making a video on installing Harman kardon speakers on my disco 2,I encountered a problem when the new speaker wouldn’t work.
After observing the connections I realized that the pins on the connectors were set differently and that was the reason why even when installed I received no audio from the speaker.
Grabbed a toothpick and pushed down on the anchor shape pin(red one) and pulled it.
Once out I was able to put the pin back in to slot 2 instead of 3(where it originally was).
After that audio came back on as you can hear towards the end of the video.
I hope this helps alot of you in upgrading your disco speakers.
