If you have checked fuses, resistors, relays, fuse boxes, etc & still cant get the blower to blow using the normal system control panel…. then this video will help. Mine was a water ingress problem on the fuse box and this is how I bypassed the Fuse box and got the system working

Thanks for the tutorial Brett, I followed your logic but took the feed from one side of the Fusable link #4, ( 4mm cable ) with an inline 30A fuse , drilled a slot in the lower portion of the main fuse board ( so the fuse board lid still closes) , through the plastic tube into the gutter, placed cable protector around cable laid it in the gutter and through plastic tube back into engine bay.
Went through a wiring harness seal conveniently near the required relays.
