After switching out my key fob it’s no longer working. I didn’t break anything I just simply switched!! HELP!!

Dan Edmund says:

Thanks for video, just what I needed. I found using a small tipped soldering iron to melt the old flattened pins worked a treat. My new case had sponge on the other shell half to assist holding the circuit board in place once closed.

John Archer says:

Thanks. Very helpful, particularly on those two plastic lugs that keep the electronics in place.

Johnny Denie says:

No way am I playing with my car keys what if you make a mistake on both keys and you break it

Shelton Shepherd says:

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I just replaced the case for both remotes. As mentioned in your video, the parts are certainly reasonably priced, and the process is exactly as demonstrated.

Cobra Cafe says:

Hi, will the pins or post's be broken off when replacing the shell? Or will it come off cleanly? Thanks
