Don’t forget the bedding in procedure for new shoes. Involves putting the handbrake into a mode then driving and applying the handbrake a number of times. More info online / forums. Otherwise great video.

Great video. I think you put the adjuster in the wrong way. Does that matter? Look at 2:30 and then at 6:13. You'll see the difference.

Also don't forget to put handbrake into service mode: turn key to position 2, push brake pedal down three times, hold down the last time, and then push down on handbrake switch for 5 seconds. I'm not totally convinced that it makes a difference, but its supposed to ensure that the handbrake is totally released so that the adjustment is done with the cables at their loosest.
