Should check out other Dynamat products “Dynapad” would have been better
for the floor and firewall.
how much did this cost you?
HI MATE! ONE QUESTION. JUST ABOUT HOW MUCH DOES A DEFENDER COST IF I WAS TO
BUY ONE OF THE SAME MAKE AND YEAR?
This is good stuff.. what total size of Dynamat Xtreme did you use on the
entire vehicle?
thank you mate!
Thanks mate. I’m sure your ears will love you for it. 🙂 Took a drive last
night and realised my radio volume was on 14! Used to be 25ish! Still have
some more foam to add in the back for more insulation.
This is a fair point, i mean i bought my 2006 td5 over a new 2.4 because i
liked the unique noise of the 5 cylinder. But it does get to be droning on
long trips, and no one wants to yell at someone half a meter away, just to
sustain a conversation
Thanks mate… will do. Just need to find the time for the next part of the
project.
Hey mate.. I used 4 bulk packs to complete the vehicle. thanks
In Australia a 200tdi Defender can cost between AU$5000 to $13000 depending
of condition and km’s travelled.
How much roughly is the dynomat stuff for the whole defender
haha.. true.. the tat tat tat of the 200tdi is a thing of beauty… but
somehow I feel, that still being able to hear in my 60’s and onwards is
more important to me. I can still enjoy it, but just not as loudly. 🙂
I purchased mine off Amazon. 4 bulk packs cost around $600 + shipping.
Another good quality video highlighting the important points. Going to
start on my old 300tdi this weekend. Thanks mate.
any info on the wiring ? interior lights? routing?
