I bought this abandoned Lamborghini Murcielago with a gated manual gearbox from a track experience company for £100,000. The car was taken off the track 7 years ago for an issue with the engine. A mechanic attempted to rebuild it but when he put it back together it wouldn’t turn over. As i have stripped apart the v12 engine ive found many surprises and it doesn’t just stop there Lamborghini have been using alot of parts from different manufactures to build this car and if i can work them all out its going to save me alot of money!

Did you check the headbolt torques at 90 degrees to the tool as the torque reading must change if your not.

just build the tool yourself. don't you have a cheap wrench and a welder?
Hey Matt. I’m super worried about oil leaks I don’t think locktite will suffice on the front timing cover. Oil pump is not so important but that timing cover once fitted could be literally dripping wet. Fighters crossed it’s not tho.
Also on the valve cover studs ensure to use correct compression washers and nuts to avoids leaks there too.

Lock tight around the casing?? Bruv you need rtv sealer for that. And did you use lock tight on the oil pump too????
