This episode we get all our prototypes out of the way to make room for our real spindle and wishbone suspension. but now we have another problem to solve. The geometry of the track rod and where exactly it needs to be!.
any suspension buildiers out there that know what they are doing unlike myself any tips would be apreciated!. i just wake up and have a go!

Howdy, If I were to do it it, I would make it a double wishbone and not a multi link. The toe adjustment would be on the wishbone its self. Multi links pretty much always mess with the toe. The factory guys do that specifically to introduce "Safe" handeling characteristics over a wide range. Maybe use the current hubs on the front and make some for the rear that have 3 pick up points instead of 2. Guess youmight want to use rose joints on the inner and outer side to make it a bit easier.
Just a guess, but it seems the toe link is too short and the inner mounting point is too far outward? As it's making its way through the needed amount of travel, it's binding and pulling the upright side to side. The longer the toe link, the less side to side movement I would imagine. I think the toe link needs to be closer to the length of the lower control arm, with the mount further inward, and in the rear like you mentioned.
