Why didnt you just get it plugged instead of getting it patched..that is an easier task and takes just minutes..and shouldnt the Lambo service station have tyre plugs or tyre repair kits? They definately do check alignments n balancing and stuff during services dont they??
Sidewall the worst place for a nail in your tires because it's not repairable. You'll need to just get a new tire. Tires is what I do for a living. You lucked out cause where the patch is technically not safe.

Where in the hell did a young kid like you be able to obtain a half million dollar car? I know damn well you haven’t worked for because you’re not old enough to have save that kind of money no matter what kind of job you have. Even a surgeon that can make well over enough money to obtain a car like that is in college for 14 years just to get their M.D. and then have to go through residency and fellowship then do an internship for several years and then go into a specialist field such as heart surgery or orthopedic surgery etc. and then winds up having over half million dollars in tuition to pay back so Unless your dad Is stupid enough to buy you something like that just for you to get out on the street and get yourself killed in it . There’s no way you could’ve obtained that . Even TV celebrities take years before they start obtaining money big enough to buy vehicles like that . You were lucky. The usual scam frim a tyre place, is, they remove the tyre from the rim, then they phone you and tell you the tread is too worn to legally refit, and that your other tyres are also worn out, so, a simple flat turns into a whole new set of tyres. Happens all the time.
This is why I fix my own flats, its easy.
Wouldn't it have been much easier to just have the tire repaired at the dealer instead of going to two places? Or, did they tell you the tire was non-repairable & that you would have to buy a new tire?
I hope you realize that tire should never have been patched like that. A puncture in the shoulder like that should not be repaired.
