I think there’s no way around keeping the wrap. The damaged wrap is not salvageable anymore.

Don’t you have to unwrap the fender to fix it? If you find that satin blue color again, will it match? Take it if off! You will still get the head turning!
Leave the wrap on until you are bored with it and then unwrap it.
Definitely keep the wrap it looks way too good.
